Chasing Happiness? Is it a constant pursuit or a journey to be happy? If so, why? Even if I get what I want yet I remain unhappy continuing my pursuit Life to me appears to be a constant battle of unhappiness and moments of happiness Is life meant to be like this? Is it unhappiness that I don’t want or I want to be constantly happy? Why is life so complicated? What is Life?

What's life? Throughout the entire history of human civilization, there has never been a clear, universal definition of life. Religions, in their pursuit of teaching codes of conduct, values, and ever-changing lists of dos and don’ts, have either missed or avoided explaining how life is truly meant to be lived. Nothing they offer stands the test of time—applicable to all people, in all eras.

As a result, human beings continue to suffer. While every other creature lives in harmony with the natural rhythm of existence, humans remain trapped in cycles of confusion and agony. And yet, no religious, non-religious, social, psychological, philosophical, or even spiritual institution has identified the real cause behind this misery.

HAPPINESS

Humans search for happiness in all the usual places—through objects, emotions, and other people. But the problem isn’t the pursuit itself. And we’re not here to tell you to give it all up or escape the world. At the heart of our community is a simple belief: Happiness isn’t out there waiting to be found. It’s already here—with you, within you.

About

What is life Foundation

The right time to inculcate into a child what life is, is in their earlier stage. When a child is born, they do not have any ideologies or identity — they have nothing. The Rhythm in Life program by What is life Foundation offers programs to inculcate the nuances of life at an earlier age. We try to educate early on the understanding that when life moves at a faster pace, within that movement, you need an aspect of your existence that is firm and has an understanding of what to do when life does not go the way you want it to — which mostly happens.

This program essentially inculcates in us how to handle life at its core. It is similar to a driver's ed, in which you are trained on what a brake, clutch, and accelerator are and how to use them in combination as your life moves on.
